How to login into the Cartrack app

1. Get your app username and password
2. Choose if you want to receive your verification code by email or SMS 
3. You must use the email or phone number associated with your Cartrack account 
4. Check your email inbox or SMS and enter the 4-digit verification code 
5. You will then see the username on your screen
6. Reset your password but make sure your new password meets all of the security requirements
7. Wait for it to reset, and once successful, you then have your new username and password

Forgot your password? Follow the same process again to get your username, enter the code and then create your password by tapping “Forgot Password” and then enter a new, strong password.

How can I track my car with my phone?

So you are ready to go with the mobile app on hand. Now you can get the most out of vehicle tracking, with the help of the comprehensive mobile app features. 

 Here's some ways you can get the most out of it:

1. Live GPS to track your vehicle

Know your vehicle's accurate real-time location at any time of day, and share it with your team, family, or friends so they're always updated.

2. Protector

Activate Protector which provides medical, roadside, legal, accommodation, and car hire services. 

3. Carwatch

Activate CarWatch when you park your car and access the ultimate virtual “car guard”. It will alert us and notify you as soon as your vehicle's ignition is started or location changes without your authorisation

How do you activate CarWatch? Tap the CarWatch icon at the bottom of the screen, and tap/slide on the toggle next to the vehicle you want CarWatch to protect. Tap the “OK” button and you will immediately see that CarWatch is now activated.

When you get back into your car, please remember to deactivate CarWatch. If Carwatch is greyed out on your app, it means that it is not included in your package. 

On a side note, this mobile app feature depends on the service package selected and is an optional extra. For basic packages, one gets basic positional information and product information. For higher packages, there is more functionality.
